What is Wellbeing Coaching?
Wellbeing coaching essentially views wellbeing as looking after all of you – mind, body and soul which includes some of the following:
- Eating healthy foods which suit your body
- Getting some of form of physical exercise and being out in nature
- Doing more of what you love
- Finding more joy in ‘being’ instead of just doing
- Finding your passion and purpose in life
- Observing and changing your thought and behavioural patterns
- Creating more heart centred creative activities
- Finding a way of being more in the present i.e. creating small rituals, practicing different types of meditation
- Creating a sense of belonging to a community either online or in person
